Dunjii is a product of Warily Ware LLC (“we”, “us”), a Massachusetts limited liability company.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including any content you upload, share, or publish.

4. Acceptable use

See our Acceptable Use Policy. Repeated or material violations may result in suspension or termination.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the service.

6. Copyright (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property. To submit a takedown notice see our DMCA Policy.

7. Subscriptions and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. See our Refund Policy.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including under our repeat-infringer policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT CONTENT STORED IN IT WILL NOT BE LOST. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING YOUR OWN COPIES OF YOUR CONTENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARILY WARE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR US$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced and re-acceptance may be required.
