Privacy Policy

Who we are

Dunjii is a product of Warily Ware LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, which is the controller of the personal information described below.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and name, your password if you set one, and your profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Your content: the files and images you add to your workspace.
• Billing information: your plan and payment history. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store card numbers.
• Usage and device information: how you use the service, and technical information such as your IP address, browser, and device.

If you read a shared page without signing in, we do not create an account or profile for you. As with any website, we and our service providers receive technical information such as your IP address and browser, which we use to deliver the page, measure usage, and protect the service.

How we use it

To provide and support the service, communicate with you about your account, process payments, and improve the product; and to keep Dunjii and its users secure, including by using automated tools to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal content.

To enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, automated tools and human reviewers check content stored in Dunjii, including content you have not shared with anyone.

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking services.

Sharing

Your content is private unless you or a collaborator choose to share it. A page set to Public or Secret can be read by anyone who has or finds its link, and shared links include your account’s handle. Co-GMs you invite can read and change everything in the folders you give them, including private pages, and collaborators can see each other’s names and email addresses.

We share personal information with service providers that host, operate, and support Dunjii on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, sign-in, content moderation, and analytics providers. They are bound by contract to handle it only on our instructions.

We also disclose personal information where the law requires it, including in response to valid legal process and in reports that U.S. law requires online services to make concerning the exploitation of minors (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). That law also requires us to preserve the related content and account information.

If Warily Ware LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of its business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction and will remain subject to this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information and content while your account is open, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above; security records such as sign-in history are deleted after a limited period. When you delete your account, we delete your content and personal information, except information we or our payment processor are required by law to keep, which is kept for as long as that law requires. Deleted data may remain in backups for a limited period before it is overwritten.

Your choices

• Access & export: download a copy of your data from Settings.
• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information at privacy@dunjii.com.
• Deletion: delete your account from Settings. What we keep afterwards is described under How long we keep it.
• Analytics: opt out of product analytics from Settings.
• California / state privacy rights: contact privacy@dunjii.com to exercise your rights under CCPA/CPRA or other applicable state privacy laws.

Do Not Track

Dunjii does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is no common standard for them. You can turn off product analytics in Settings.

Children

Dunjii is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Regional availability

Dunjii is not currently offered to residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Sign-ups from these regions are blocked.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the service before it takes effect.
